Cancellation, Return, Replace & Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • We do not accept returns once a purchase is made. However, we will replace products received in a damaged condition, with a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was delivered.
  • Please email us at info@twbb.com with your order number and photos of the defect within 7 days of delivery.
  • Stains, stitching issues, or minor damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Note: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for that amount. Stitched catalog amounts cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Return Process & Credit

Shipping

Parcels must be sent back with the return packing slip within 7 days. Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

TWBB Wallet

Refunds are issued as credit in your TWBB Wallet. This credit is valid for a lifetime and can be used for any future purchase.

Important Exceptions

  • Package Integrity: If the package is damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Parcels accepted in damaged condition are not eligible for return.
  • Custom Items: Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or stitched clothing.

Cross-Border Shipments

Unfortunately, products delivered through cross-border shipments are not eligible for returns or refunds for any reason. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
